Return and Exchange Policy

At customer satisfaction is our #1 goal! That is why we offer you a 30-day Money Back Guarantee on most new non-opened items.

For most products offered through, we will gladly exchange or refund the purchase price within 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding shipping and handling costs. If you were provided with free shipping and handling, we will need to deduct our actual cost of shipping and handling from your refund or in-store credit. However, should you have to return something because of a mis-shipment on our part, all shipping costs are on us, of course.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for products that have been assembled, inflated, used or modified.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

After reading the return instructions below, visit our Return Merchandise Authorization center (RMA) to complete our quick and easy return and exchange process.

Return Instructions:

If you have an Account, please log in to your account at the top right of any page.

a) Once you have logged in to your account, select the Returns & Exchanges link below the Log In/ Log Out link. This will take you to the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) page.
b) Select the link that says >>Add New RMA. This will supply a list of all orders you have made under your account.
c) To help you identify which order you would like to create the RMA for, use the View Order link to the right of each order.
d) Once you have found the order with the item(s) you wish to return, select the link next to the order that says Create RMA.
e) The next screen will allow you to select which item(s) in the order you wish to return. Simply check the box to the left of the item description for each item you wish to return then click the Next button to the right of the screen.
f) This will take you to a confirmation page stating the RMA has been received.
g) Once you have submitted your return request, our returns department will respond within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays with instructions on how to proceed with your return.


    If you do NOT have an accountplease email and include your name, address, original order number, date the item was received by you, the nature of the return, and what product(s) you wish to return. Please note: Our telephone call center is for order placement only and will not be able to help you process a return. All return requests must be submitted via e-mail to our returns department for evaluation. Once you have submitted your return request, our returns department will respond within 48-72 hours excluding weekends and holidays with instructions on how to proceed with your return.


    All returned products must be brand new, NEVER USED and in original condition and packaging.


    Please Note: unless the return or exchange is due to a shipping error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges and we must charge a 10% restocking fee.


    Damaged Orders:

    Our products are well-packaged to avoid damage during shipping. However, sometimes damage does occur. If an item looks damaged due to shipping, notify UPS or FedEx at time of delivery. If you find that the item has been damaged after inspecting it, please notify us immediately through the Return Merchandise Authorization center. Please indicate the item was damaged during shipment. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.

    Freight Shipments:

    Large items such as some Aqua Sports brand trampolines must be shipped by freight. If you receive a freight shipment, please inspect the packaging carefully. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write Package Damaged on the paperwork when you sign for the delivery. This is for your protection, in the event of damage, and is very important.  If the package looks significantly damaged, you should refuse delivery. The damaged package will then be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you do refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment. If you have already accepted the package, please notify us right away. Freight claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. All returned products must be in the original packaging.
