Problems with a Gift Certificate

If you have any trouble redeeming a gift certificate, experience an error while trying to use a gift certificate, lost your gift certificate, or if your gift certificate number was accidentally deleted in an email, we can help.

Please email customer service at support@boattube.com. In the subject line of your email, please specify Problems with Gift Card Certificate.

In the email, please include the following information:
- Your email address
- Your full name
- Your gift certificate code (if available)
- Your order number (if available)
