If you were provided with free shipping and handling, we will need to deduct our actual cost of shipping and handling from your refund or in-store credit. However, should you have to return something because of a mis-shipment on our part, all shipping costs are on us, of course.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds for products that have been assembled, inflated, used or modified.

Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Please email and include your name, address, original order number, date the item was received by you, the nature of the return, and what product(s) you wish to return. All return requests must be submitted via e-mail to our returns department for evaluation. Once you have submitted your return request, our returns department will respond within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, with instructions on how to proceed with your return.

All returned products must be brand new, NEVER USED and in original condition and packaging.
