Cancel or Change Order

If you are anything like us, you want your items yesterday! We understand! Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the “Check-Out” page. For your convenience, we ship all orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, once your order status shows as ‘processing’, we can not cancel your order. For all other orders that show a status of ‘pending’, we will gladly ATTEMPT to process the cancellation, provided the order hasn't yet entered the shipping process.

If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it can not be cancelled by you or by our Customer Care Center. However, you may return the item subject to that item's return policy. Visit our Help Center for more information about our Return and Exchange Policy.

In order to request a cancellation or change to your order, please call 1-800-868-9232. As time is of the essence, it's best to call rather than email us.
