Receipt

For your convenience, a receipt will automatically be sent to the email address you provide once you place an order. Additionally, you will have the option to print a receipt during the checkout process at the final “Confirmation Page”.

If you need a copy of your receipt and you have an account with BoatTube.com, simply log in to your account and go to your Account Dashboard located at the top left of your Account page.  The Account Dashboard will list all purchases you have made under your account. Select “View Order” to the right of each order to identify which purchase you need the receipt for. Once you have found the order you are looking for, simply click the “Print Order” option at the top right of the page.

If you need a copy of your receipt and you do NOT have an account, you can email customer service at support@boattube.com and request a duplicate receipt. Please be sure to include your order number and order date! In most cases you should receive your duplicate receipt within 48-72 hours.
